Gwendolyn F. Carter passed away, October 8, 2012 at Elm Croft Assisted Living in Irving, TX. A visitation will be held Friday, October 12, 2012 from 7-8PM at Peoples Funeral Home and Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, October 13, 2012, 12 noon at St. Emmanuel Baptist church in Denton, TX. Interment will immediately follow funeral services in Oakwood Cemetery.
