Isaias Govea, 72, of†Denton, passed away on†Tuesday, October 30, 2012. He was born on†June 3, 1940†in†Mexico†to Natividad Govea and Margarita Hernandez Govea. He married Paula Meza on†October 31, 1969.
A visitation and Rosary will be held on†Thursday, November 1, 2012†from 6-8 pm†at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be held at1:30 pm†on†Friday, November 2, 2012†at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Deacon Emilio Popo? Gonzalez officiating.Burial will follow at†Roselawn Memorial Park.
Isaias is survived by his daughter, Elodia (Melinda) Carreon; son: Javier Govea; sisters, Juana Vaga, Mercedes Martinez, Minvera Tapia, Sofia Alvarez, and Teresa Serrano; brothers, Natividad Govea, Genio Govea, and Juan Govea; and 3 grandchildren, Sebastian, Emanuel, and Joseph.†He is preceded in death by his wife, Paula; his parents; and 4 brothers.
