Jerry was born June 17, 1933 in Lewisville, TX and passed away November 15, 2012 in Dallas, TX surrounded by love and prayers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Eunice Jost; beloved stepmother, Margarite Jost; and sister, Margie Lou Wynn.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Shelby Jost;sister, Barbara Bolt; children, Kathryn Jost, Weston and Irina Jost, Shelly and David Vandeven. “Pop Pop” is also survived by grandchildren, Hannah Jones, Alexandra Jost, Samuel Jost, Nicholas Jost, Ryan Vandeven, Reid Vandeven, and Reese Vandeven.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM, Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Presbyterian Hospice.
