Larry Eugene Hughey, 61, passed away Sunday, November 18.
Larry had recently moved to Jamestown NC, but was a long time resident of Argyle and Collinsville, TX. Larry was the owner of Dad’s Toy Shop, a Toyota and Lexus repair shop in Denton for 10 years. He felt his job was to make sure all of his customers could drive the roads of Texas safely. Larry was an Air Force veteran and loved his country dearly.
He is survived by his wife, Judy, daughter Lori and son in law Brian Moses of Colfax NC, granddaughters Sarah Jo and Hannah Joyce, son Coby and daughter in law Linda Hughey of Fort Collins CO, granddaughter Emily Clark and great grandson Corbin of Fort Wayne IN, sisters and husbands Kay and John Appleby, Ladonna and Paul Laigne, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Hazell Hughey.
