Bill Wood of Kingsbury, Texas passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning in his home.Bill was born on August 13, 1942.He was a loving and giving husband, father, brother and friend.His steadfast presence and humor will be sorely missed by his wife Lisa, son Ronny, daughters Juliana Sorenson and Renee Clark of Fresno, California, and Dona O’Toole of Mesa, Arizona.He was the brother of Beth Jones of Krum and Becky Bellar of Denton.Bill was always there to lend a helping hand to his family, friends and people who had yet to become known to him. He never met a stranger.
Bill was preceded in death by his brothers Harold Wood and Ronny Dale Wood, his mother Mary Jo Larson of Irving, Texas and his father Clarence Wood.Bill has six grandchildren and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces whose lives were enriched by his big heart and jovial zest for life.
Bill was employed by Ingersol Rand of Austin.In his work, he traveled over much of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana bringing his friendly smile and warm personality to all he met along the way.A bright spot has been lost to the world, a brighter one still gained in heaven.
