Elsie Marie Casto Borsch, 89, of Denton, Texas and formally of Laurel, Maryland passed away peacefully on Friday, December 28th 2012.She was born in Kanawha County, Charleston, West Virginia where she graduated with a education degree from Morris Harvey College in Charleston. Greatly respected as a teacher, she taught High School English for 35 years;first in West Virginia and later in Laurel until her retirement. She earned a Masters Degree in Education at the University of Maryland in 1964.
She is predeceased by her husband Charles, whom she married in 1948.She is survived by a sister Betty and two children Sarah and Charles Jr.
