David Brian Green passed away peacefully at his home in Argyle, Texas on Saturday, January 5, 2013 in the loving care of his family. Devoted husband of Mikey Green of 47 years. Beloved father of Terrie VanMeter, Tonya Green, and Jeanette Green. Proud grandfather to 5 grandchildren, Erin, Jordan, Kelsea, Pierce, and Taylor, and great grandchild, Mia.
David was born on March 3, 1939 in Buffalo, New York to the late Ronald and Burnett Green.He was educated at the University of Buffalo and Brown University where he received an Associate’s degree in Business and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.His employment included Vice President of Buffalo Savings Bank, COO of Hogan Systems Australia and Hong Kong Division, COO of Lincoln State Bank, and COO of Madonna Rehab Hospital.
David will be missed for his quirky sense of humor, his passion for gourmet cooking, his love of animals, and most of all, his never ending commitment and love for his family.He was a wonderful man and will live in our hearts forever.
