William “David” Tomme

JUSTIN, TX — William “David” Tomme, age 69, a native Texas son, passed from this life into eternal rest on March 6, 2013. He was preceded in death by parents, Sam and Louise Tomme, and father-in-law J.T. King, all of Odessa, TX.

SURVIVORS: He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jackie; son and daughter-in-law, Jay and Shirley Tomme of Big Sandy; daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Derrick Garnett of San Angelo. He was “Baboo” to the lights of his life, granddaughters, Maddie and Allison Garnett. Other survivors are his mother-in-law, Brownie King and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews who all appreciated and will miss his kind and generous spirit.

David was born on October 23, 1943 in Temple, TX.. He was a member of Argyle Church of Christ and had been involved in the oil and gas industry, internationally and domestically, for 48 years, working for Dan Blocker Petroleum Consultants, Longview, TX the past 15 years.

MEMORIAL SERVICE under the direction of Lucas Funeral Home-Justin, Texas, 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 9 at Argyle Church of Christ. James Vinzant officiating, and assisted by Tim McGauh.
