Daniel Bryan Michael Sawers, 16 of Gainesville, TX died May 16, 2013 at his home. He was born January 7, 1997 in Denton, TX to Bryan David and Karyn (Thurman) Sawers. He was a sophomore at Callisburg High School. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by his parents, Bryan and Karyn Sawers of Gainesville, sisters, Amy Richardson of Gordonville, Maegan Hall of Golden, Mo and Jenna Twiner of Era, a brother Duane Sawers of Era, grandmothers, Mary Anne Sawers and Nita Thurman of Denton, nephews, Dakota Richardson, Jacob Hall, and Hunter Twiner, nieces Payton Twiner, and Brooklyn Sawers.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Gainesville, and a graveside service will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Shiloh Cemetery at Corinth. Pallbearers will be Duane Sawers, James Thurman, Michael Champion, Chris Iz Fulton, Jeremy Daniel, and Jared Hall.
