William Duncan Valentine, IV, was born in Chicago, Illinois, on June 26, 1971, and died in Irving, Texas, on January 21, 2014, at the age of 42.

Billy was an avid photographer; he loved to travel and was devoted to his family. He loved to ride horses and loved animals. He was a certified Computer Network Administrator.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014, at 10:00 am at Coker Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Sanger Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, William Duncan Valentine, III, and Jane K. (Byrnes) Valentine.

He is survived by his sister, Jennifer Valentine Sperber and her husband, Mikko, along with their children, Wyatt, Nash, and Grayson of Topanga, California; girlfriend, Marissa Dryden of Irving; and brother, Coby Higgins and his wife, Ann, along with their children, Bryan, Zoey, and Brayden of Little Elm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the: Wounded Warrior Project, P. O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas, 66675.
