Kelly Diane Bonds, 36, passed away at her home in Austin, Texas, on February 25, 2014. She was born on Good Friday, April 8, 1977, to Bill and Jackie Bonds at Flow Memorial Hospital in Denton, Texas. She was a graduate of Denton High School, class of 1995.
Kelly was devoted to her pets and passionate about rescuing animals in need. She was also a beautiful artist, expressing herself through a variety of creative media.
Above all, Kelly was devoted to her family. She was a joy to her parents, Bill and Dawne Bonds, and Jackie and Joe Dayoc; a loving sister to her siblings, Kristina and Phil Tucker and Tony and Amanda Bonds; a nurturing aunt to her nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Liam, Keenan, Sophia, and Kira Kahney; and a devoted niece to her aunts, Betty Bonds and Jeanne Fritz.
Kelly is remembered by her family and friends as being passionately loving, loyal, devoted, truthful, beautiful, sincere, empathetic, giving, and a true friend. Kelly was best known for her infectious smile and her loving, caring heart.
The family welcomes visitation on Sunday, March 2nd, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust St, Denton, Texas 76201. The service to celebrate Kelly's life will take place on Monday, March 3rd at 3:00 p.m. at Cole Chapel of First United Methodist Church, 201 S. Locust, Denton, Texas 76201. Rev. Jon Kendzie will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.
