Louis cashed in on his round trip ticket to Paradise. There to greet him were his mother, Laura Scheu, his father, Louis Adolf Piel Sr. and all his family who went before him, including his former wife, Glenna Ruth Holman Piel. She passed in 2004. Louis loved her, dearly.
Louis was born near Malone, Texas. He was the most amazing husband. He loved his Heavenly Father and his family, and all those who fought for our country. Louis especially, loved his wife, Jeanne, whom he called Precious. They were married on Feb 14th, 2005.
Louis was a true Texan, always gracious and hospitable. He exemplified integrity and was never known to tell a lie. Louis was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Kendall Masonic Lodge #897. He was a Mason for 56 years. He was also, an Army Veteran.
He loved Louis L'amore! Louis must have read every book by L'amore until the pages fell out of the binding. He was passionate about his Pugs and Boston Terriers. Missy will be lost without him.

Louis will be remembered by his children, Kimberly Bradford and Cary Piel, his step-children and grandchildren. He was recently, blessed with a great-grandson.
