Mary Elaine Dunnebacke, 63, of Frisco, passed away in Frisco on Saturday, August 9, 2014. She was born on September 27, 1950 in Osceola, Wisconsin to Lt. Col. (Ret) Martin John and Elaine Dawn (Crandall) Dunnebacke.
Mary was raised in Dayton, Ohio. She was a member of the graduating Class of 1968 of Wayne High School in Huber Heights, Ohio and a graduate of Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. She was an independent insurance agent for Allstate Insurance and owned her own agency in Dayton, Ohio. She was a member of various insurance related organizations. After retiring, she moved to Frisco, Texas in 2011 where she began doing consultant work for Allstate Insurance.
She was preceded in death by her parents; maternal grandparents, Fred and Frieda (Westrich) Crandall; and paternal grandparents, Martin Jacob and Myrtle (Gauthier) Dunnebacke.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Sara Dunnebacke DeDiemar and husband, Robert of Bonita Springs, FL, Barbara Dunnebacke Watkins and husband William of Nashville, TN, and Suzanne Kay Lilley of Santa Rosa, CA; nieces and nephews, Tiffany Isham Miller, Todd Isham, Tie Watkins, Tate Watkins, Tory Watkins Cherry, and great-niece, Lauren Miller.
In memory of Mary, the family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorials may be may to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
