Happy days on the way
I cannot help but notice that the tea party racists, formerly called "Reagan Democrats," have triumphed in South Carolina after answering the racist diatribes of Newt Gingrich.
And, I also find it telling that one of the first to try and calm the fears of the normal Republicans over Gingrich's victory is our congressman, Michael Burgess.
Burgess reflects, in my opinion, the extremist and racist mix of the local tea party/Reagan Democrats beliefs that plague our county and state.
The good news is the Republicans are headed for a catastrophic mess by September.
It could not be worse if Ron Paul headed the Republican ticket.
Happy days will soon be here again.
