Obsession with self
In Paul Davis’ letter [DRC, March 7], he must have a point, but all that exists is an inventory of lethal weapons with strong tones of “Paul.”
You can count 14 times in which Davis used the personal pronoun “I”; a strong indication of obsession with self.
Because you have willingly labeled yourself as what I call “gun freaks,” it must be noted that in your “self” missive, Mr. Davis, you have failed by purpose and intent to address the final questions in the letter of March 2.
“Do such arsenals conceal fear and weakness that gnaws at their being? Do they make you feel like a real man?”
