Bad taste

Just as one shouldn’t name a thief until their conviction, we probably won’t know who stole Denton’s soul until we find out who buys and builds some kind of artsy venue where Barney’s Auto Parts stands today.

The Code Enforcement folks were doing their job, I’m sure, and their superiors theirs, all the way up to — somebody who couldn’t wait a couple of years for an old gentleman to go to his reward. I used to be pleased to announce that I live in Denton, but today I taste ashes when I mention it.
