Hammons is the best

I met Johnny Hammons more than 20 years ago at the Sheriff’s Office. He worked in transportation; I was a mental health deputy. We both moved into serving as deputy constables in two different precincts.

The constable’s office is a very unique, specialized branch of law enforcement.

Johnny was born in Denton and has served Denton County his entire life. He and his family own and operate successful businesses and are simply what I call fully vested in their community.

The greatest assets Johnny Hammons brings to the Precinct 1 Constable’s Office are experience, discernment, integrity and most importantly, always having the best interest at heart for the people he serves.

I encourage every person in Precinct 1 to consider who they would prefer handling their most frighteningly difficult moments ... a man who knows and cares about you, or a person who knows nothing about you or what you’re experiencing.

Johnny Hammons for constable, Precinct 1. You deserve the best this county has to offer — that is Johnny Hammons.

Veda MacGregor,
