2nd seniors' tower project is canceled

Chicago-based Classic Residence by Hyatt has suspended plans to build a Dallas retirement community.
The project had been planned on Turtle Creek Boulevard at Bowen Street. But Hyatt said Friday that it would not move forward with the project because of "the current economic climate and state of the housing market."
It's the second high-rise luxury seniors community canceled in the Turtle Creek area in recent months.
