Commercial real estate transactions

Sales

A Los Angeles investor purchased the 365-unit Greentree apartments in Carrollton. Tom Burns, Jay Gunn, Tom Warren, Jim Hearn and Greg Austin of Hendricks & Partners brokered the sale.

Northern Texas Trade Association bought a 12,551-square-foot office building at 111 Ferguson Court in Irving from PSA Properties. Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the sale with Brian Buell of Alliance Commercial.

Dr. Sameer Fino purchased a 22,900-square-foot retail property at 4020 Hedgecox Road in Plano from Granite Chief Realty Ltd. Jennifer Pierson and Beth Pierson of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the sale.

Lantower Realty Inc. of Canada bought a residential building with 11,350 square feet of land in Oak Lawn at 3901 Prescott Ave. The property adjoins an apartment building Lantower already owned. Curtis Hawkins of David Griffin & Co. Commercial arranged the sale.

Leases

Southern Enterprises, a furniture and decorative accessories wholesaler, leased 154,744 square feet of space from Duke Realty in Freeport IX at 600 Freeport Parkway in Coppell. Mark Miller of NAI Robert Lynn Co. brokered the lease with Randy Wood of Duke Realty.

Round 2, which recycles computers and computer parts, signed a lease for 115,989 square feet of space with Duke Realty in Freeport III, a 297,903-square-foot building at 445 S. Royal Lane in Coppell. Seth Weinstein of Newmark Knight Frank arranged the lease with Randy Wood of Duke Realty.

Professional Installation Network Inc. leased a 104,239-square-foot office-warehouse at 9015 Sterling St. in Irving. Rick Medinis of NAI Robert Lynn Co. brokered the transaction.

Book Squared leased 60,000 square feet of industrial space at 3702-3706 La Reunion Parkway in Dallas from BCO Turnpike Distribution Center. Dave Anderson of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease.

Noble Logistics Inc. leased 23,427 square feet of office-warehouse at 1305 Belt Line Road in Carrollton. Rick Medinis of NAI Robert Lynn Co. brokered the transaction.

Tuesday Morning, a national discount retailer, leased a 16,166-square-foot space at Harwood Village shopping center at Harwood Road and Brown Trail in Bedford. Daniel Harris and Byron Seamands of Henry S. Miller Brokerage LLC brokered the lease with Greg Bracchi of SRS Real Estate Partners.

Jager Solutions of Plano leased an office-warehouse facility at 1707 Summit Drive. The company will use the 15,000-square-foot facility for telecommunications supply and equipment distribution company operations. Olin Jaye of Olin Jaye & Associates brokered the lease with Brad Lipton of Maverick Commercial.

As Needed Party Rentals leased 10,883 square feet of space at 3201 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. Eric Deuillet and Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Grand Energy Inc. leased 9,549 square feet of office space at 15303 N. Dallas Parkway in Dallas. Bill Lokey Jr. and John Fancher of CB Richard Ellis brokered the transaction.

Linq Transport just completed a lease for approximately 7,500 square feet of space at Metroport Office Center at 2300 Valley View Lane in Irving. Lynn Canatella negotiated the lease on behalf of Boxer Property.

Allied World Assurance Co. leased 6,510 square feet of office space at 545 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving. Bill Lokey Jr. and John Fancher of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease.

Consumer & Market Insights has completed a 5,400-square-foot office expansion at Northbrook Atrium Plaza at 2351 W. Northwest Highway in Dallas. Lynn Canatella negotiated the lease on behalf of Boxer Property.
