Alecon Metal Works bought a 35,700-square-foot warehouse at 2703 Chalk Hill Road in Dallas. Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial arranged the sale with Eric Cates of Re/Max D-FW.

Leases

The Salvation Army leased a 99,831-square-foot industrial building at 2900 Avenue E in Arlington from First Industrial Realty Trust. Brock Wilson and Mackenzie Schriber of Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated the lease with Bill Davenport of the Davenport Group.

Siemens Real Estate Inc. leased 37,500 square feet of office space at 2700 Esters Boulevard in Irving from Acuity Brands Lighting Inc. Steve Rigby and Mike Cleary of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease.

Sidran Inc. leased 25,260 square feet of warehouse and distribution space in Marsh Business Park West at 1050 Venture Court in Carrollton from SeaCal Addison. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services arranged the lease with Jason Miller.

RLI Insurance Co. leased 15,944 square feet of office space at the Tower on Lake Carolyn, 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway, in Irving. Noel J. Hutcheson, Mary Stoner Yost and Michael Cummings of Colliers International negotiated the lease with John Fancher and Bill Lokey of CB Richard Ellis.

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. leased 12,290 square feet of office space at 3500 Maple Ave. in Dallas from Triple Net Properties Realty Inc. Sean Dalton, Russ Johnson and Chris Wright of Grubb & Ellis Co. brokered the transaction with Chris Mickey of CB Richard Ellis.

Zilli Furniture leased 12,562 square feet of retail space at 2333 N. Central Expressway in Plano. David Copeland of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease.

Taber Estes Thorne & Carr PLLC leased 10,528 square feet of office space at 3500 Maple Ave. in Dallas from Triple Net Properties Realty Inc. Sean Dalton, Russ Johnson and Chris Wright of Grubb & Ellis Co. handled the transaction with Clay Vaughn of Newmark Knight Frank.

Royal Buffet opened a 9,000-square-foot restaurant at Lakeview Parkway and Rowlett Road in Rowlett. Paul W. Vernon and Taylor Roberts of John T. Evans Co. negotiated the transaction with property owner Tabani Group.

Super Buffet Inc. leased 6,800 square feet of space for a restaurant at 12505 E. Northwest Highway in Dallas. The building was a former Bennigan's restaurant. Craig D. Johnson and Ben Johnson of John T. Evans Co. negotiated the lease.

Apex Systems Inc. leased 6,790 square feet of office space at Urban Towers at 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd. in Irving. Noel J. Hutcheson, Cash McWhorter and Kelly Smith of Colliers International negotiated the lease with Connor Faught of FirstService Real Estate Advisors and John Fancher and Bill Lokey of CB Richard Ellis.

  • Make sure "InPrivate Filtering data" is checked
  • Click the "Delete" button.
  • Click the "OK" button to exit the internet options window.
  • Refresh the page
