After a lifetime of collecting cars, Wayne Davis of Southlake is downsizing.

Mr. Davis, an entrepreneur and the former president of Regency Conversions, intends to sell about 75 of his cars along with 50 items of automobile memorabilia at a no-reserve auction beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday in Southlake.

To get in, participants will need an auction catalog, which costs $80 and can be ordered from RM Auctions Inc. at 1-800-211-4371. The auction will be held at 2055 Greenwood Drive in Southlake.

Among the cars that will be sold are a one-off 1947 Cadillac Series 75 sedan, a 1989 Ferrari Mondial Cabriolet that once belonged to drag-racing legend John Force, a half-dozen hot rods and customs, and several notable muscle cars, including a '66 tri-power GTO convertible, two Shelby GT 500s and a '69 428 Mach 1 Mustang.
