Stray bullet kills 17-year-old in Oak Cliff

A 17-year-old woman was killed by what police believe was a stray bullet Friday evening in southeast Oak Cliff.
Police said a man opened fire about 5 p.m. during a disturbance outside an apartment in the 5700 block of Highland Hills Drive, and one shot struck C'andrea Donnelle inside the apartment. She died at a local hospital.
Police did not release any more information about the incident.
