Fetus found in plastic grocery bag outside Dallas fire station

Firefighters discovered a fetus wrapped in a blouse inside a plastic grocery bag outside a Dallas fire station early Sunday.

Police said it is believed that the dead male fetus was placed under the "Safe Place" sign outside Fire Station No. 28, 8701 Greenville Ave., sometime between 6 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
