08:52 AM CST on Sunday, November 1, 2009

From Staff Reports

A 12-year-old boy reported missing after attending a children's carnival Saturday afternoon was found unharmed later that night, Arlington police say.

Fort Worth police found Dalvin Maxie around 11:30 p.m. Saturday. He had apparently attempted to walk home but took the wrong direction, officials said.

Dalvin had gone to the carnival at Arlington's Lockwood Community Center about 12:30 p.m. with two cousins on a bus that shuttled children who live in and around his apartment complex in Grand Prairie. When the buses returned about 2:30, Dalvin was missing.
