Dallas sex offender accused of violating parole on Halloween

A 38-year-old Dallas man and a 26-year-old Fort Worth man were among four convicted sex offenders accused of violating their parole on Halloween, the Texas Attorney General's office said.
Jason Boyd Nokes was accused Monday of failing to remain at his Dallas home on Halloween. He was convicted in 1996 of indecency with a child by sexual contact in Dallas County. His victim was a 7-year-old boy.
James Joseph Reed III was also accused Monday of failing to remain at his Fort Worth home on Halloween. His victim was a 10-year-old girl.
The other men accused of violating their terms of parole were William Harmon, 27, of Beaumont and David Sanders, 39, of Killeen.
