Cheryl Lee Stecher of Austin and McLean Richard Sanborn of Denton are engaged and plan to be married at Vintage Villas in Austin, Texas. The reception will follow the ceremony at Vintage Villas.
Steve and Danna Stecher of Austin are parents of the bride-to-be. Grandparents are Lee and Carmen Stecher and Maudee Skrivanek and the late Daniel Skrivanek. Cheryl is a 4th year medical student at Texas A&M Medical School.
John and Charlotte (Barney) Sanborn of Denton, Texas are parents of the prospective groom. Grandparents are Nancy Feicht and the late James Feicht and Richard and Ruth Sanborn. McLean is a 4th year medical student at Texas A&M Medical School.
McLean and Cheryl will graduate from medical school May 9, 2009. Following graduation, they will begin their residencies in family medicine and pediatrics.
