UNT professor publishes new poetry collection

University of North Texas English professor Bruce Bond’s Blind Rain, a book of poetry, was recently released by Louisiana State University Press. The book includes several elegies, many concerning last days and death of his father. It also includes “The Return,” a long meditation that explores the double meaning of the word “true.”
Bond, also a jazz and classical guitarist, is author of five other poetry collections, including Cinder, The Throats of Narcissus, Radiography, The Anteroom of Paradise and Independence Days.
