Veteran folk singer Sandra Lane sings Sunday in a free concert that includes pieces from her new album, Great Day for Living.
Lane began singing as a child and started piano training at age 8. She later learned guitar and spent the next 30 years performing statewide in perhaps every possible venue. Along the way, she majored in journalism at the University of North Texas and forged a professional career as technical writer and publicist.
