Twilight Tunes back for 15th year on the courthouse lawn

10:34 AM CDT on Thursday, May 1, 2008

A favorite Denton landmark makes some lovely noise yet again.

The annual Thursday Night Twilight Tunes, an outdoor concert series, begins today and includes a lineup of jazz, rock, blues, Western swing, Americana and various other genres.

The series is coordinated by the Denton Main Street Association.

This is the 15th year of the free concert series.

Every Thursday for the next two months, the traffic passing by on Oak and Hickory streets will see the courthouse yard dotted with locals on blankets with open ears.
