Native plant group schedules meeting

The Trinity Forks Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas will meet at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24.
Guest speaker is Dr. Camelia Maier, associate professor in the Texas Woman’s University department of biology, discussing “how plants work.”
She will summarize some of her research projects — including information about the role of plant hormones, pollinators, the interactions between herbivores and carnivorous plants, and more.
