Incumbents unseated in Krum council race

KRUM — Both incumbents, Alice Carr and Chris Rodriguez, lost their bid for re-election in Krum City Council race. Matt Kilgore won Place 1 with 179 votes to Carr’s 118, and Stephanie Thompson prevailed 156 to 135 over Rodriguez. But Judy Kindiger kept it from being a sweep of all the fire department’s favorites by defeating Nicole Collinsworth 163 to 124.
