‘Ender’s Game’ author to speak at high school

The Denton Reads selection for 2008 is Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card. Card will be at the gymnasium of Guyer High School at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, to discuss his book, and a book signing will follow. The event is open and free to the public.
Card is best known for his science fiction novels, but he has written in other forms. Ender’s Game is about a young boy named Ender Wiggin, who is in a group of children recruited for military training by the world government.
