Most influential throughout high school other than parents: Mrs. Seeley, the English IV AP teacher had always seemed like an impossibly hard teacher. It was not until I was her teacher’s aide my junior year that I realized that she was a good teacher that taught her students. This taught me to not judge people solely on what others’ opinions are.
Favorite high school memory:going to school early in order to research potential colleges on the computer in the library. Whenever I got sick of high school, I could just look around for some place to spend the next four years. It was exciting to daydream about my future if only for a moment.

Favorite high school memory: Traveling to state UIL One-Act Play Competition my sophomore year. We performed one of the coolest, most traumatic plays ever- Marat/ Sade (a condensed title.) The school even held a parade for us! From auditions to the bus ride back home from Austin, it was an amazing experience. However, many other such experiences preceded and followed that specific one.
