Denton County Mental Health/Mental Retardation (MHMR) seeks volunteers to help in the administration of mental health and mental retardation services to the community. Applicants must complete an orientation class and fill out appropriate paperwork to begin volunteering. Orientation classes are offered every week at varying times. To volunteer, call 940-565-5282.

Family Resource Center of North Texas, 1316 E. McKinney St., offers prenatal classes, parenting classes, family workshops and family therapy. Sliding-scale fees are available.
