Army Pvt. Brandon M. Wilson recently graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C. He is the son of Tyecha Curley of Corinth and a 2005 graduate of Ryan High School in Denton.

Army Reserve Sgt. Maj. Kevin L. Rutledge has returned to the U.S. after being deployed overseas at a forward operating base in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

His wife, Ginger, is the daughter of Frank J. Glover of Oak Point. He received a bachelor’s degree in 1998 from the University of North Texas.
