Contemporary Ballet to audition dancers

Denton City Contemporary Ballet Artistic Director Lisa Racina is looking for advanced ballet dancers to apply for performance positions within the company.
Auditions are set for Saturday, Aug. 23, beginning at 1 p.m. at the studios of Denton Dance Conservatory, 4103 Mesa Drive.
Dancers from these auditions will be selected to participate in the December stage production of A Gift for Emma.
Principal roles will be cast from Denton City Contemporary Ballet members.
Denton Youth City Ballet auditions will be held the same day for dancers ages 11 to 15.
The company is looking for intermediate to advanced-level ballet and pointe dancers.
Soloist roles for A Gift for Emma will also be cast from the company’s membership.
