Report: Woman’s knocked to ground in purse snatching

A Pilot Point woman was robbed of her purse around 3:20 p.m. Friday, according to a police report.

Her purse was on her shoulder, and when an unknown man snatched it from her, she fell to the ground, the report said.

The incident occurred as the woman was about to enter a store on the 1800 block of South Loop 288, according to the report.

Other reports

500 block of Robertson Street — A woman was assaulted by her boyfriend shortly before 9 p.m. Friday, according to a police report.

The man pulled her through a window, causing pain and injury to both her arms, the report said.

The report states that the suspect resisted arrest and damaged a patrol car by kicking the window.

2100 block of Spencer Road — A man said someone broke a window of his green Nissan sedan and stole his navigation system sometime between 3 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, according to a report.

1000 block of Dallas Drive — A man reported that one window of his green Honda sedan was shattered, and the in-dash CD player/radio was taken sometime between 6:15 p.m. Thursday and 7:15 p.m. Friday, according to a police report.

2500 block of La Paloma Drive — A man said that around 10:30 a.m. Friday four large wooden Christmas ornaments were stolen from his front yard, according to a police report.

1300 block of Wellington Drive — A woman reported that her card wallet was taken from her 2001 Volvo sedan sometime between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 7:45 a.m. Friday, a police report said.
