Helen Juanita Lewis, 87, of Denton passed away Monday, June 22, 2009 at Longmeadow Healthcare in Justin. Services are pending with DeBerry Funeral Directors.

Lt. Col. Ret. Robert Warren Oppenlander, 75, of Denton passed away Sunday, June 21, 2009 at his residence. Funeral arrangements are pending with DeBerry Funeral Directors.

 

 

William ‘Bill’ Hauser

William “Bill” Hauser, 75, of Holly Lake Ranch, TX passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 in Tyler.

He was born October 3, 1933 in San Francisco, CA. He was a retired Systems Analyst for Peterbilt Motors Truck MFC. He moved to Holly Lake Ranch from Denton in 1996.

Visitation was Monday, June 22, 2009 from 6-8 pm at Lowe Funeral Home in Quitman, TX.Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 11 am at Lowes Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes with Reverend Louis Gant officiating.Burial will follow at Holly Tree Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Pauline Hauser of Holly Lake Ranch; four sons, William Hauser, Jr. of Florida, Richard Hauser of Holly Lake Ranch, TX, Steven Hauser of Hawkins, TX and Chris Hauser of Mineola, TX; three daughters, Elaine Gregory of Comanche, TX, Melissa Osborne and Renee Barton of Denton, TX; and one sister, Betty Brooks of Reading, PA; twenty-one grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Dustin Dale Cox, 25, of Sanger, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2009 in Fort Worth, Texas.

He was born on May 24, 1984 in Bowie, Texas to Kenneth Cox and Sherry Wise. He was a self-employed carpenter.

Visitation will be from 6 – 8 pm, Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Coker Funeral Home, 403 Pecan Street, Sanger, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10 am, Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Bolivar Baptist Church with Dickie Amyx officiating. Interment will be at the Bolivar Cemetery

He is survived by his wife, Dava of Sanger; one daughter, Gracie Jo Cox of Sanger; one son, Waylon Dale Cox of Sanger; parents, Kenneth Cox and Sherry Wise of Sanger; sister, Jennifer Darlene Cox of Sanger; brother, Bucky Joe Wise of Montague; grandparents, Kenneth and Rose Cox of Hico, Nancy and Bill Daniel of Bowie and Elton Wise of Drummond, OK.
