Sybil Jane Davidson McAden
Sybil Jane Davidson McAden, 92, of Bridgeport, funeral services are set for 2 pm Friday, October 23, 2009 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jordan Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Gordonville Cemetery.
A visitation will be held Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 7-8 pm and Friday, October 23, 2009 at 1 pm at the funeral home.
Ms. McAden passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 in Bridgeport.
She was born to Frances Hugh and Mary E. Johnson Davidson in Willis, OK, on February 15, 1917, the third of five children. They returned to Texas by the time she was two years old and she considers herself a Texan.
She married Harold William McAden on October 12, 1935. She was employed by Linda Jo Shoe Factory and Weber Aircraft for many years. She was an officer and color bearer for the Elm Creek Rebekah Lodge No. 6. She was an avid gardener, fantastic southern cook, storyteller, listener, and humorist. Most of all, she was a friend. We were all truly blessed to have her in our lives.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law Jerry and Dorothy McAden of Tempe, AZ, daughter and son in law Marybeth and Millard Thomas of Denton, son Harold Wayne McAden of Bridgeport, son and daughter in law Robert and Betty McAden of Colorado Springs, CO, daughter Patsy McAden of Decatur and daughter Brenda Lou McAden Aguilar of Denton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, her sister Christine Franklin of Richardson, and her brother Joe Davidson of Ardmore, OK.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Hugh Davidson and her sister Kitty Meeks.

Peggy Patrice Sparks
Peggy Patrice Sparks, 57, of Denton passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009 in Corinth.
She was born on January 5, 1952 in Alexandria, VA to Charles and Mona (Stanley) Interwicz. Peggy taught 5th grade at Evers Park Elementary School in Denton. She was loved by everyone who knew her and she will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2009 from 7-8pm at the Denton Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 10am at the Denton Funeral Home Chapel.
Peggy is survived by her fiancé, Kenneth Don Gribble of Denton TX; son, Johnny Wayne Carney of Denison, TX; daughters, Danita Leeder of Mead, OK, and Ariana Loudon of Paris, TX; brothers, Charles Interwicz of Tuttle, OK, and Carl Interwicz of Dexter, TX; sisters, Debbie Fleitman and Mary Klement both of Gainesville TX; grandchildren, Jamie Walls, Samantha Walls, and Emily Carney; and numerous other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Joe Dale Sparks.
Services are under the direction of Denton Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Sharon Andersen Stanley
Sharon Andersen Stanley, 52, of Sanger, passed away at her home on Thursday, October 15, 2009.
She was born on March 12, 1957 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to Oscar and Wilma (Cooke) Andersen. She married James C. Stanley on November 26, 1982 in Annapolis, Maryland and worked as an executive assistant for Heritage Bag Company.
A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 1:00 pm.
Sharon is survived by her husband, James of Sanger; her mother, Wilma Andersen of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two daughters, Khristen Pahler of Aubrey and Rachel Martyn of Houston; one son Derek Stanley of Lewisville; three brothers, Glen Andersen of Missouri, Keith Andersen of Kingwood, Texas and Martin Andersen of Camden, Arkansas; two grandchildren.
