Ronald Wayne Bell, 67 of Aubrey, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital - Denton.

Arrangements are pending with Slay Memorial Funeral Center, Aubrey, Texas.

Debra Parker, 56, of Ponder passed away at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton on Friday, November 13, 2009. She was born April 11, 1953 in Kermit, TX.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Jimmy Parker of Ponder, son James Parker and wife Shelly of Ponder, daughter Falisha Parker of Justin grandson’s T.J. Parker of Ponder and Jordan Cenni and Brenden Wilkey of Justin and granddaughter Cherie Parker of Ponder and son-in-law Tim Hudson of Justin, also many additional family and friends. Debra was a member of Trinity Chapel Pentecostal Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11am at Trinity Chapel, 2000 Cowling Rd. Sanger, TX 76266

 

 

Naomi Christine Gibson

Naomi Christine Gibson, 85 of Denton passed away October 25, 2009 at Denton Rehab and Nursing Center.She was born January 29, 1924 in Clemscott, OK to William “Jack” Mancel Phillips and Lela McFall Phillips.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Eakins Cemetery with Rev. Kim Broadstreet officiating.

She is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Sue Webster of Ponder, Elizabeth G. Williams of Tomball; sons, William Clinton Widner of Kermit, John P. Gibson of Splendora; brothers, Robert T. Phillips of Littlefield, J. Boyd Phillips of Springtown; 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her parents, sons, Archie Leroy Gibson, Jr., Robert A. Gibson, 3 sisters and 1 brother.

 

 

Elizabeth “Betty” L. Miller

Elizabeth “Betty” L. Miller 66 of Denton passed away Saturday morning, November 14th. She was born January 8, 1943 in Little Falls, MN to Harold and Mary Compton Lutz.Betty was a Realtor before her retirement and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

A Visitation will be held November 19th from 6-8 p.m. at the DeBerry Funeral Directors with a Rosary being said at 7:00 p.m.A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, November 20th at 2:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

The family has requested that memorials be made to the charity of choice.

Betty is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Michelle Miller of Richardson, sons, Leo Harold Miller and Dean Leonard Miller of Denton, sisters, Bea Brown of CA, Mary Ann Ebanks of MN, brothers, Harry Lutz of MN, Bob and John Paul Lutz of CA.She was preceded in death by a brother Bill Lutz.
