James Roy “Hank” Insel
Graveside services have been set for James Roy “Hank” Insel, 81, of Gainesville for 2 p.m. Wednesday November 25, 2009 at the Fairview Cemetery Pavilion.
Mr. Insel passed away Monday November 23, 2009 at the Renaissance Nursing Home.There will be no visitation.
Dwayne Sitton
Dwayne Sitton, 75 of Justin passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Longmeadow Healthcare Center in Justin.He was born August 10, 1934 in Irving to William Henry Sitton and Johnnie Louella Swain Sitton.He married Judith Gail Steerman on June 12, 1965 in Irving.He was owner of Dwayne Sitton Aerial Spraying, was a welder, electrician, general contractor for the FAA and farmer.
Graveside will be Friday, November 27, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Sowers Cemetery in Irving.
Dwayne was a devoted dog lover and spent many years rescuing stray dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Sitton of Justin; daughters, Julie Enzensperger husband Mark Fredde of Denton; Sandi Weeraman and husband Naleen of North Richland Hills; and grandchildren, Jacob, Isabel, Payden, Nicholas and Justin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA of North Texas.
Ross William Dale
Ross William Dale passed away Sat. Nov. 21, 2009, in Orlando FL.
Ross is survived by his mother, Terri Roberts of Aubrey TX; father, Robert Dale of Jackson MS; grandparents, Shelby and Peter Medeguari of Carrollton TX, grandmother Ava Dale of Rolling Fork, MS; sister and her husband, Heather and Chad Cunningham of Celina, TX; as well as nephews Christian and Carson Cunningham; sister, Chelsea Davis of Dallas, TX; sister, Jana Beth Wilhite and her husband, Jason of New Braunfels, TX, and brother, Daniel Dale of Jackson, MS.
Ross was a graduate of Culver Military Academy, a member of The Black Horse Troop, a member of the Texas Tech Polo Team, a member of the Iron Guardians, and was currently attending MMI in Orlando, FL.
He loved the outdoors, horses and motorcycles. Ross was loved by more people in 20 years than we can ever imagine. His heart was pure and free of judgment, greed, or ill will. He touched every person he met, knew no strangers, and left smiles in his wake everywhere he went.He was an uplifting spirit that could not be contained or remain idle.Ross never had a harsh word for anyone, was always willing to help, and lived life with tremendous energy and passion.Ross was the beacon that drew so many different people from so many different places, together as one family.
All who knew and loved Ross were blessed to have had him as a son, grandson, brother, or friend.For knowing you Ross, we are better people.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 28, 2009, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends for a visitation from 6 - 9 p.m., Friday, November 27, 2009 at the funeral home.

Dennis Reed Lyons
Dennis Reed Lyons, 69, of Shady Shores, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 23, 2009 at UT Southwestern Zale Lipshy Hospital with Leukemia.
He was born on April 7, 1940 in Burley, Idaho to Reed and Mary Elizabeth Lyons. He graduated from Idaho State University as a 2nd Lieutenant and served two years in the U.S. Army where he learned to fly airplanes. His career as an airline pilot lasted thirty-seven years; flying for Braniff, Piedmont and retiring from US Airways in 2000.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra K. Lyons of Shady Shores; son, Michael Lyons and wife Kimberley of Highland Village; daughters, Jennifer Lyons Patterson and husband Jacob of Shady Shores, Leslie Sekai and husband Keith of CA, and Laura Eppelman of CA; stepson, David Roush of Houston; Step-daughter, Katie Roush of Houston; sisters, Lori Lyons of Houston, Lisa Lyons of CA; brother, Jim Lyons of CA; five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8 pm Friday, November 27 at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held at 10 am Saturday, November 28, 2009 at the Denton Bible Church Chapel, 2300 E. University Dr., Denton, TX. Dr. Tom Nelson will officiate the service. Interment will follow at the Corinth Shiloh Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, P.O. Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202; or a charity of your choice.
Dennis was a loving husband and father and adored his grandchildren. He was a selfless man who served the Lord with all of his heart.
