Soccer: TWU lands pair of Division I transfers
08:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, July 16, 2008
The TWU soccer team added a pair of Division I transfers this summer, including former Houston midfielder Elizabeth Babb and former Alabama defender Natalie Holovach.
Babb, a former standout at Lewisville, had one goal and two assists in 14 games during her freshman season at Houston.
Holovach, from Flower Mound Marcus, played her freshman season at Alabama in 2005. She enrolled at TCU for the 2006-07 season and then came to TWU, where a foot injury caused her to miss last season.
Both players will have three years of eligibility remaining at TWU.
