Baseball

The Lake Dallas Falcon baseball camp is scheduled for June 22-24 at Falcon Field. A session for players entering grades 1-5 runs from 8-10 a.m., and a session for grades 6-9 will run 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Cost is $60. For more information, call 318-243-4060.

Argyle Eagle Summer Basketball Camps will hold various sessions this summer. A beginners camp is scheduled for June 22-25 at Hilltop Elementary School. The camp runs 10 a.m.-noon for players in grades K-2, with a cost of $50. A fundamentals camp is scheduled for June 29-July 2 at Argyle high School, designed for players entering grades 3-6. The camp runs 9 a.m.-noon each day at a cost of $70. A camp focusing on team skills will be June 29-July 2 from 1-4:30 p.m., for players entering grades 7-9 at a cost of $70. The Lewisville Lions Club annual charity golf tournament will be held July 12 at Riverchase Golf Club in Coppell. The North Texas Striders will host the Declaration Dash 5K on July 4 at Double Oak Town Hall. The race begins at 8 a.m., with a separate 1-kilometer race for kids at 7:45 a.m. Early registration fees are $20 for the 5K and $15 for the kids race, with a T-shirt and goody bag for the first 300 runners to register. Sanger Parks and Recreation will host the Freedom Fest 5K and 1-mile fun walk on July 4 at the Sanger Park on the Square. Soccer

Softball

TWU will hold various softball camps this summer, all led by TWU head coach Richie Bruister. Elite camps will be held on June 16 and June 17 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. The camps are designed for top-level high school players at a cost of $125. A general skills day camp is scheduled for June 22-23 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and a pitcher-catcher day camp will be June 24-25 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Both camps are aimed at players in grades 2-12, with a cost of $90 (or $80 if registered by June 1). Tennis

Lake Dallas High School will hold four-day tennis camps throughout the summer for students at all grade levels. Camps will run Monday-Thursday each week through July 23, with separate sessions for grades K-4 (8-9 a.m.), grades 5-8 (9-10:30 a.m.) and grades 9-12 (10:30 a.m.-noon). Triathlon

Volleyball
