Coconut crustless pie

MAMA DICKERT'S COCONUT CRUSTLESS PIE

¼ cup ( ½ stick) butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup evaporated milk
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup flaked sweetened coconut

Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt the butter. In a mixing bowl combine sugar and melted butter. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in the evaporated milk. Stir in the flour and coconut. Pour into a lightly greased 8- or 9-inch glass pie plate.

Bake in preheated oven until set in the center and lightly brown around the edges, about 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
