How to make a bagel-friendly egg

Here's how to make a breakfast bagel sandwich without egg showing through the bagel hole? The only tools you need are cooking spray, a shot glass and a frying pan small enough that one beaten egg covers the bottom.

In a bowl, crack and beat one egg. Spray the pan and the bottom and sides of a shot glass with cooking spray.

Place the shot glass in the middle of the pan, pour beaten egg around the shot glass, and let it cook on medium heat. Medium heat is best for cooking an egg evenly on top and bottom.

After the egg is somewhat cooked through, you can remove the glass and turn the egg. Place the egg on a toasted bagel with the desired toppings.
