The Harry Ransom Center, University of Texas
• Hours: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
• Free guided tours of "On the Road With the Beats" are given Tuesdays at noon and Saturdays at 2 p.m. Admission is free.
