Ex-Baylor coach set to enter Hall of Fame

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Former Louisiana Tech and Baylor coach Sonja Hogg will be among the inductees in the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame's 2009 class.
The class includes Cynthia Cooper-Dyke, Jennifer Azzi, Jennifer Gillom, Jill Hutchison and Ora Washington.
Hogg started the Louisiana Tech women's basketball program, and the Lady Techsters won the inaugural NCAA championship game in 1982 after winning the AIAW championship the previous season.
Hogg coached at Baylor from 1994 to 2000, compiling an 83-91 record. She was 307-55 from 1974 to 1985 at Louisiana Tech.
