California forward commits to Texas

DeAndre Daniels, a 6-8 forward from Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft High School, has become Texas' fourth men's basketball commitment for the Class of 2011.
"I've rooted for Texas ever since Kevin Durant played there," said Daniels, who committed after attending Texas' elite camp in Austin. Daniels, ranked the nation's 41st-best prospect for 2011 by Rivals.com, said he chose Texas over Kentucky and Wake Forest.
