Oregon point guard signs with SMU men's team

Paul McCoy, a 5-11 point guard rated the No. 10 at the position by Scout.com, has signed a national letter of intent with SMU. McCoy, from Grant High in Portland, Ore., originally signed with Pepperdine but was released from his letter of intent after coach Vance Walberg resigned in January.
