Todd Archer's highs and lows of the Dallas Cowboys game

Secondary woes

The Cowboys are one of two teams in the league without an interception this season. The other? Winless Detroit. The big play has been a problem for the Cowboys defense, and it was no different Sunday. Santana Moss' 53-yard catch marked the third straight week the Cowboys allowed a pass of 50 yards or more.

Where's Felix?

Felix Jones didn't get a chance to make franchise history with his fourth touchdown in his first four games. He went without a carry and saw only a handful of snaps. Coach Wade Phillips said Jones is not as proficient in the offense when the Cowboys are trailing, but the Redskins did not take a two-score lead until late in the game.

Ground down

For the first time in 18 regular- season games, a running back gained more than 100 yards against the Cowboys. Clinton Portis picked up 121 yards on 21 carries. The last runner to eclipse the century mark against the Cowboys was Philadelphia's Brian Westbrook on Christmas night 2006, when he had 122 yards.

No big plays

In the first three games of the season, Tony Romo got the ball downfield with ease. He had at least one throw of 35 yards in the first three games. His longest on Sunday was a 26-yarder. The Redskins also kept Terrell Owens under wraps. Owens' longest reception went for 18 yards.
